Thank you for volunteering your time, dedication, and energy to support the growth and development of our youth across all sports. Your commitment makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our children and within our community.
As part of the Township of Monroe’s commitment to safety, a criminal history background check is required for all adults age 18 and older who are involved in Township-sponsored, youth-serving organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, coaches, assistant coaches, umpires, and others who educate, direct, or supervise youth programs, including nonprofit organizations.

- Renewal Option: If you have previously completed a background check through the Township of Monroe or have access to your SBI number, please select the renewal option.
- Initial Option: If you have never completed a background check or received an ID badge through the Township of Monroe, please select the initial option.
